Terms and Conditions for Nintendo Switch Lite Giveaway

Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required.

How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

2. Like and share the official giveaway post on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on SEP 30th  and ends on OCT 11th.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on OCT 11th via our Facebook page.

Prize:
The prize is one (1) Nintendo Switch Lite. The specific color may vary based on availability.

Prize Pick-Up:
The winner must pick up the Nintendo Switch Lite at our store located at 495 E College DR Durango CO. The winner is responsible for providing valid identification upon pick-up and may be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.

Disqualification:
Any attempt to circumvent the rules or violate the terms of the giveaway will result in disqualification.

Privacy:
Participants agree that their names and likenesses may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
